Tamborim 6'' - 6 lugs - Macapart
|height of frame:||50 mm|
Rio Samba tamborim with 6 lugs by Macapart
Tamborim players are admirable agile, strong of memory sambistas who remember hundreds of signs and arrangements that go together with the lyrics of the Samba enredos. The smallest drum in the pool of Samba instruments is at the same time one of the most challenging. Not only that you have to learn different turning techniques and a whole pile of material, there is also the synchrone-playing.
Macapart has developed a tam that fits excellently with the up-to-date Rio standards of Samba playing. It is light, its frame is quite wide (5cm) and made of aluminium with 6 lugs and brass nuts. The tension hoop is made of stainless steel. The rims are not flanged around an extra piece of wire which saves a few extra grammes. Nevertheless the tamborim is stable being made of a single part of aluminium without a welding seam.
All ready for carnival!
